- No Distribution: We do not cultivate, distribute, manufacture, sell, or dispense cannabis or any controlled substances.
- No Legal Advice: Our courses provide information on regulatory frameworks but do not constitute legal counsel. Students are advised to consult with qualified attorneys in their jurisdiction.
2. Regulatory Adherence (USA & International)
We operate under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. While many states have legalized cannabis for medical or recreational use, it remains a controlled substance under US Federal Law.
